Permitted use
Fetchora is provided for downloading public media and processing files you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with copyright law, platform terms, privacy rights, and any contractual restrictions that apply to the content.
No circumvention
You may not use Fetchora to bypass authentication, paywalls, DRM, private-account controls, geographic restrictions, or other access controls. The service is not designed to accept credentials or browser sessions, and attempts to use it that way violate these terms.
Service availability
Platform integrations can change or break without notice. The application is provided as-is, without a guarantee of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of any format. Operators may limit requests or disable features.
Prohibited activity
- Using the service to access private, non-consensual, or unlawful material.
- Attempting to turn the stream endpoint into an open proxy or to forge download tokens.
- Automating requests in a way that degrades the service or violates infrastructure terms.
Intellectual property
Fetchora does not claim ownership of third-party media and stores none. Platform names and trademarks belong to their owners. The application code and its open-source dependencies retain their respective licenses.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms overrides rights that cannot legally be waived.
