What this downloader does
Facebook URLs often redirect between desktop, mobile, and watch views. Fetchora follows public redirects with SSRF checks, then passes the normalized destination to the selected extraction path.
Public Reels and feed videos can expose SD and HD MP4 variants. The result panel shows the formats that were returned with dimensions and file size where the source supplies them. A missing size is left blank, not estimated.
Many Facebook links are not actually public. Friends-only videos, private groups, and login walls cannot be extracted. Fetchora distinguishes those failures from generic network errors.

Why does a Facebook video link return no formats?
The post may require sign-in or a friend relationship. Fetchora never uses your Facebook session, so it cannot read audience-restricted media.
Is Facebook Reels supported?
Public Reels are handled through the same extractor as feed video when the current yt-dlp extractor supports them. Availability is reported per link.
Can Fetchora download a video from a private group?
No. Group membership is an access control, and Fetchora does not bypass it.
